Knockree Youth Hostel/EcoAdventure Ireland respects the personal privacy of our customers and we take the responsibility of ensuring the security of your personal information very seriously.

If we ask you to provide us with any personal information, we will tell you the purposes for which we intend to use that information. We will not collect, use or disclose your personal information without your consent. We will never sell any information obtained from you to a third party.

For all bookings we require your full contact details including, name, address, email address, phone number. We require this information in order to liase with you regarding your booking inquiry. If paying by credit card we will need your credit card number, expiry date and security code. We will hold your credit card details until your booking payment has been processed and delete all information once this has been completed.

Website Cookies
A "cookie" is a small file that is stored on your computer's hard drive. The browser stores the message in a text file and the message is then sent back to the server each time the browser requests a page from the server.

EcoAdventure Ireland makes limited use of cookies on our website so that we can provide you with faster service, consistent and updated information and an overall better web experience. We do not use cookies to track personally-identifiable information or your movements after leaving our website.
